Meet Kendra Demitris...

My journey has been shaped by both the weight of responsibility and the relentless love of God. I am 40 years young and the third oldest of 17 siblings, which meant leadership began for me long before I understood what leadership truly was. From a young age, I carried roles and burdens that taught me to be a savior instead of a servant—a posture God never intended for me. I learned to step in, fix, rescue, and hold everything together, even when it cost me pieces of myself.

As I grew, God began to gently unravel the patterns I had formed. They weren’t “bad habits,” but they were survival mechanisms that could not carry me into the calling He placed on my life. Through His love, He showed me that striving is not the same as serving, and that healing begins when we release what was never ours to hold.

My deepest wounds—abandonment, rejection, and feeling unseen—were formed early within my own family and later reinforced through friendships. But God, in His faithfulness, delivered me. He met me in the places I hid, restored what was broken, and revealed my true identity in Him. Today, those same wounds have become the very places where His glory shines the brightest.

Ahavah Oasis & Wellness was birthed from that transformation. God is now using my story, my healing, and my testimony to help others break free from the things that keep them bound. My heart is to guide people back to their God-given identity, to help them shed the lies that limit them, and to walk boldly in their purpose and calling. I am passionate about creating a sacred space where faith and wellness meet—where people can breathe, heal, and rediscover who they are in Christ. Through truth, love, and authentic connection, I serve as a vessel of the same Ahavah—the divine love—that changed my life.
